The followings can be considered as some of the frequently faced issues or limitations of leadership in the criminal justice organizations – a) Lack of or almost no initiatives among the higher level police officers as well as the officers of criminal justice to enthusiastically accept the leadership regulations power along with authority. b) Though the government spends a large amount of money for uplifting the drug abuse resistance program, there is still lack of awareness prior the intake of the narcotic drugs.
